Returns Policy
Faulty Products / Damaged Goods
We will accept products that were delivered to you in a faulty or damaged condition. Please send me an email with a photo of the faulty/damaged item upon receipt and I will refund both postage and cost of the item upon return of the product.
Please use the address listed below when returning all products and ensure a copy of your invoice or order number is enclosed in the package:

Please ensure that you receive a tracking number from the post office when returning an item. Scentsory Home, Bath & Body cannot be responsible for any item that is lost in the post and is not able to be tracked.
Cancelled Orders & Refunds
If you mistakenly create an order, or change your mind, please email me at jo@scentsory.com.au as soon as possible and quote your order number and name. In the event that the order has not yet been shipped, it can be cancelled and any payment made will be refunded.
Change of Mind
Did the item you receive not work out as expected? Returns can be accepted if you change your mind, as long as they are sent within 30 days of the invoice date and they are in the same condition (including boxes) as they were posted to you. In this instance, a credit will be provided for the total cost – less all postage costs.
